If Client’s service includes Market Data provided by the Kansas City Board of Trade, the following additional term applies:

1. The right(s) of indemnification set forth in Section 8 of the Agreement do not extend to any Market Data or other information provided by Kansas City Board of Trade in any form of media, whether now known or hereafter devised.
