Recruitment is currently taking place for role of a Production Support & Monitoring Engineer, working within the Production Support & Monitoring team in Belfast, focusing on the “DART” product line.
DART analyzes the usage of market data from market data vendors and provides transparency of this process within the client organization. The team also provide a managed service for the administration of client’s market data usage and identifying cost saving opportunities.
The successful applicant will be responsible for analyzing market data usage on behalf of our clients and working closely with them to ensure a thorough understanding of the DART portfolio of products and services. We’ll expect you to train clients on our portfolio and services, as well as represent Vela products and services at client meetings. Duties will include compiling reports for various market data clients, building new reports and improving existing reports, handling client queries, and maintaining awareness of Vela’s new technologies and concepts relevant to existing and future clients.

If your application is successful, when you start work for us you will be issued with an Employee Privacy Notice which will include information about what personal data we keep from the recruitment process and how long we keep your personal data whilst you are working for us and after you have left.
If your application is unsuccessful, we will retain your personal information for a period of twelve months from the date we notify you of our decision.
